[Resolved] RESOLUTION: As of 17:15 UTC 2025-03-27, we have observed recovery of the network connectivity issue affecting Super SIM devices. Connectivity rates have returned to normal levels, and impacted devices are now able to attach and update mobility without significant delays.
We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure service stability. If you have devices that are still not reconnecting, please try sending a "Reset Connectivity" command from the Super SIM console for a few SIMs to prompt them to re-register to the network.

[Identified] Description: On 2025-03-27 since 10:25 UTC / 06:25 EDT (UTC-4) customers may experience 10-15% Data Session events to be missing from API and UI. Connectivity and billing are not affected. We are working with our partners to restore the functionality.

[Investigating] Description: Since 13:09 UTC we are investigating an issue where devices may experience failures when attempting to connect. We are actively working to identify and resolve the issue. We will provide another update once more information becomes available.
